Building a Culture of Learning focuses on strategies to develop a sustainable classroom and schoolwide culture that fosters character traits necessary for success in the 21st century.

create an atmosphere of "home court advantage" where students feel safe and supported and have a sense of belonging
implement a character development program founded on Quantum Learning’s 8 Keys of Excellence as a class or schoolwide initiative.
upgrade student performance and orchestrate new, positive associations with learning through positive student "mental scripts" and traditions
establish a culture that promotes heightened student effort and celebrates the feedback of learning that comes through failure
